Problem
Fleet tools were fragmented and slow. Operators couldn’t quickly access key data like route status, compliance, or battery range.
Goals
To unify systems that simplify data and reduce interaction time for daily tasks that align with the users’ goals.
Process & Approach
Mapped user flows, built low-fi prototypes, and tested with drivers and dispatchers—refined layouts for clarity, speed, and adaptability across screens.
Interaction Flows
With dense tables, unclear alerts, and inconsistent gestures. These items were solved through dynamic cards, clear color logic, and unified interactions.
Visual Exploration
With a focus on clarity under motion, suggested bold typography, adaptive layouts, and calm, functional color were put to use, once testing well with the user.
